How long is a video and how many credits does it use?
Every new video is fixed at 15 seconds and costs 10 credits. Other durations cannot be selected or submitted. Resolution is fixed at 720p; choose 16:9 Wide or 9:16 Vertical.
What does it cost?
The one-time packs are $9.99 for 10 credits (1 video), $24.99 for 30 credits (3 videos; $8.33/video rounded), and $69.99 for 100 credits (10 videos; $7.00/video rounded). No subscriptions, automatic renewals or free generated previews are offered.
Which photos can I use?
Upload a photo you own or have permission to use. Choose JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF up to 30 MB, at least 300 × 300 pixels and at most 50 megapixels. We prepare a JPG on your device, preserving aspect ratio and reducing the longest side to at most 2048 pixels for upload. The prepared image must still meet the server’s 10 MB file limit and image checks. RAW/DNG is not supported. Photos stay on your device while you prepare them.
Which AI model does Burning Bridges use?
Burning Bridges uses Seedance 2.5 via Atlas Cloud to generate the video. The final video then goes through our audio post-processing and delivery checks. This is an independent tool, not an official ByteDance, Seedance or Atlas Cloud product.
Does my video include music?
Yes. During post-processing, we add the designated Burning Bridges WAV soundtrack to the generated video and check the final audio before delivery.
Where can I check progress and download my video?
Sign in to the same account and open My videos to check your video's status. Once it is ready, you can watch it and download the MP4 with audio there. You can return to My videos after leaving the page; you do not need to submit the same video again.
How long does generation take?
Waiting time varies with the generation queue, the video service's availability, audio post-processing and final delivery checks. We do not promise a fixed completion time. Check My videos for the current status; a longer wait alone does not mean your video has failed.
What happens if generation fails?
If generation fails, your credits will be returned automatically.
What if video generation is temporarily unavailable?
If your video is queued because the video service is temporarily unavailable, your photo and settings are saved. The 10 credits are set aside, not spent; they are charged only after your video is ready. We check availability and resume the saved video automatically when generation capacity is available again. Do not submit again. Follow its status in My videos.
Are my photos and videos public?
No. Selected photos stay on your device until an authorized submission. The public demo is separate from private account videos. Google sign-in uses a disclosed temporary recovery copy; optional analytics are off by default.
Is this affiliated with a performer or song?
No. This is an independent tool. Do not upload material without the necessary rights, impersonate others or fabricate a real person's endorsement.
